Equipment rental questions answered
Answers to common questions about renting cranes, excavators, lifts and generators in Saudi Arabia.
What do I need to rent a machine?
A company registration or ID, the site location, the start date and the hire period. Large machines may need a site access plan and a lift plan.
Can I rent for one day?
Yes. Daily, weekly, monthly and long-term hire are available, and longer hires get better rates.
Who pays for fuel and transport?
Fuel is normally supplied by the hirer. Transport to and from site is quoted on the request.
Is an operator included?
Your choice. Pick wet hire for an operator, or dry hire for equipment only. An operator certificate does not cover rigging or signalling, so tell us which roles you need.
Which documents come with the machine?
We aim to supply the inspection certificate, the load chart for cranes and the handover checklist. Client-specific documents are prepared on request. Send your HSE requirements with your quote request.
Do you work during the summer midday ban?
Work follows the national midday ban for outdoor work from 15 June to 15 September, 12:00 to 15:00. We plan operator shifts and delivery times around it.
How fast can you deliver?
Delivery time depends on the machine, the site location and any permits. We confirm it in your quote.
Do you deliver to remote sites outside the Eastern Province?
Yes, on request. Mobilisation over long distances is quoted case by case, so send the machine list, dates and site details.
Can I extend a hire?
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can so we can keep the machine on your site.
What if a machine develops a fault?
Report it and we arrange a repair or a replacement machine.
Who is responsible for insurance?
Insurance and liability terms are set out in the rental agreement. Confirm them when you accept the quote.
Can you provide company documents for vendor registration?
Company registration and vendor documents are available on request.
